ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Prompt Engineer who enjoys writing, experimenting, and figuring out how to make AI systems respond better.
You'll work closely with our product and AI teams to create and improve prompts, conversation flows, dialogues, and workflows for real-world AI applications. This role is a good fit for someone who is strong with language, has good attention to detail, and enjoys trying different ways of getting better outputs from AI.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Students from non-technical streams (BA, BCom, BBA, etc.)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (written and spoken)
- Comfortable exploring and using modern tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar)
- A genuine interest in experimenting with new workflows and technologies
- Self-starters who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow with the team
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
- Design and optimize prompts for LLM-powered applications and AI voice agents.
- Create natural, structured, and reliable AI conversations.
- Design dialogue flows for different customer scenarios.
- Test prompts against real-world inputs and edge cases.
- Identify hallucinations, repetitive responses, incorrect behaviour, and instruction-following issues.
- Develop test cases and evaluation frameworks for AI responses.
- Experiment with different prompting techniques and LLMs.
- Work with context, memory, structured outputs, tool/function calling, and conversation history.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve AI workflows.
